Camp Activities and Logistics


Routinely, it is a great idea to constantly be learning about your sport.  Our coaching staff will be presenting various short (30 min) talks on a variety of issues so you can always be learning about how to improve and get the most out of your efforts. Such informal lectures will include the following.
